Norfolk Sport Karate Academy

Norfolk Sport Karate Academy (NSKA) is dedicated to helping students reach their full potential through the practice and development of karate and martial arts. Our training develops well-rounded martial artists, focusing on technical ability, physical fitness, discipline, confidence, respect and mindset.

We offer a broad approach to karate, combining traditional martial arts principles with modern training methods, practical application, sparring and competitive karate. Whether your goal is personal development, fitness, enjoyment or competition, our training is designed to support you at every level.

NSKA is part of the highly decorated Links Karate Association and affiliated with the English Karate Federation (EKF). We have a successful competitive history, with members holding English and British national titles, as well as representing the EKF at regional and national level and competing at national and international events.

Competitive athletes can access specialist squad training and individualised coaching covering technical development, tactics, sparring, physical preparation and performance. Our instructors continually develop their knowledge and coaching methods to provide effective, progressive training while maintaining the core values and traditions of martial arts.

For those aged 16 and over, we also offer the opportunity to pursue qualification as karate referees.
